oh and i had some reeses peices...
i lost 9 more pounds i just told toni today though where is everyones weight losts??? i have lost a total of 16 pounds!!!

3 cheesesticks with marinara sauce

1 cheese enchilada
1 1/2 pieces of cheese pizza
handful of whoppers and sugar babies

3/4 c. spaghetti noodles with 1/2 c. marinara sauce
3/4 c. steamed veggies
3 small brown sugar quicks
2 small baked potatoes with salt and crushed red peppers and no calorie parkay spray

no breakfast didnt wake up til 1230
lunch:
1-32 oz cherry limeade
1 corn dog
supper:
1 dbl. cheeseburger
1 med fry
LOTS-OH-WATER probably 2 liters!!!
exercise: marched from 6- 9
stood up and walked all over our huge band hall 3-5:30 haha!!!
