And the Winner Is.....
I think we all did a great job! Janice lost 8 lbs and Allison lost 6.5 lbs. Everyone else was around 1-4 lbs. So, everyone is a winner!
Olivia lost a whopping 16 lbs and that is something to be proud of! I am proud of you! So, everyone make sure you get her the $$ (I think Leslie has it) and I will get her the $$ from here in Utah. Olivia, can you send me your address?
Also, I think you should send us a picture of you in your new jeans!
Olivia, I would love to know what worked for you too!

Toni's Food Journal
Breakfast: roll, apple, almonds. Lunch: 2 corn bean burritos with salsa, 1 cup of spinach salad with raspberry dressing. Dinner: baked salmon, zucchini. Snack: 1 roll, cheesestick, slice of cheese. Exercise: Mowed the lawn for one hour.
Tuesday: Breakfast: breakfast burrito (2 eggs, cheese, salsa, whole grain tortilla). Snack: apple. Lunch: 3 pieces of bread. Dinner: salad, 3 small squares of homemade pizza (thanks mom ;) ) Exercise: Yoga and weights for 30 minutes.

The Rules
2. Each person puts in $10. Whoever loses the most body weight percentage will receive all the money.
3. Contestments must weigh every Monday on the same scale and email your weight Toni. Weights will be kept a secret! Thank Goodness! Toni will post weekly who is in the lead.
4. The Kicker- In order to win the money at the end, each person must keep track of what they eat daily. Then, they must post a Food Journal weekly.
5. TRASH TALK IS ENCOURAGED!!!
Any other rules that we see fit, we will just add as we go. just kidding.
