Monday July 14th:
Breakfast: roll, apple, almonds. Lunch: 2 corn bean burritos with salsa, 1 cup of spinach salad with raspberry dressing. Dinner: baked salmon, zucchini. Snack: 1 roll, cheesestick, slice of cheese. Exercise: Mowed the lawn for one hour.
Tuesday: Breakfast: breakfast burrito (2 eggs, cheese, salsa, whole grain tortilla). Snack: apple. Lunch: 3 pieces of bread. Dinner: salad, 3 small squares of homemade pizza (thanks mom ;) ) Exercise: Yoga and weights for 30 minutes.
