Leslie's Food Journal 7/14 - 7/20

Once again, my eating habits not been so great, but I must say they are IMPROVING. I am back on my old diet food: allbran, v8 and cottage cheese.

7/20/08 BREAKFAST-Allbran, v8, 2 pieces lunch meat LUNCH- bbq pork sandwich, potato salad, salad DINNER- chicken strips, mashed potatos, brocolli, chips & dip, onion rings
7/19/08 BREAKFAST- yogurt, apple sauce, LUNCH- lunch meat, cheese, cottage cheese, grapes DINNER- Rosas fajitos (OUCH)
7/18/08 BREAKFAST- yogurt, LUNCH- shrip taco, veggies, chips DINNER- ghetto dogs, veggies
7/17/08 BREAKFAST- yogurt, LUNCH- Weight watchers pizza, bbq chips DINNER- shrimp taco, beans, rice, chips and salsa
7/16/08 BREAKFAST- you don't want to know LUNCH- sandwich, crackers & dip, fruit, slice of cake (ANOTHER office party) DINNER- nachos
7/15/08 BREAKFAST- chorizo breakfast burrito, LUNCH- Weight watchers pizza DINNER-
7/14/08 BREAKFAST- Cheerios w/ 2% milk, LUNCH- weight watchers ravioli DINNER- spaghetti
