Monday: Dinner-red chile enchiladas, jello salad, bean salad. Tuesday: Dinner-vegetable lasagna, salad, brownies (a whole lot of them, :() Wednesday: spinach salad, chicken noodle soup. Thursday: dinner- blue bird chicken, fries, salad, chocolate cake. Friday: dinner-steak, mixed veggies, Saturday: halibut, mashed potatoes, different salads, rolls (DATE night).
except for Friday (belgian waffles, bacon) I always have toast with pb for breakfast, Lunch is the previous days leftovers, snacks are almonds and apples.
exercise: around 5 miles of running, walked one mile, housework, chasing boys!
