I promise to do better!

Jennifer's meal list; Thursday-sandwich, banana bread, oatmeal, peaches, potato chips cauliflower Friday-cinnamon roll Shaunna's fault, she made them homemade and left them on my counter warm for me to find! fried shrimp, waffle fries, apple cider slaw, and oatmeal. Saturday- chex mix, banana, yogurt, cinnamon roll, licorice, hot tamale, guacamole dip, crab enchiladas, corn, black beans, pulled pork burrito (give me a break-I went to Sante Fe for the day!)Sunday-peaches, pickles, enchiladas (mmm,mmm,good!)chex mix, banana pie, andes mint pie, cantaloupe, watermelon, and a smarties! Monday: Dinner-red chile enchiladas, jello salad, bean salad. Tuesday: Dinner-vegetable lasagna, salad, brownies (a whole lot of them, :() Wednesday: spinach salad, chicken noodle soup. Thursday: dinner- blue bird chicken, fries, salad, chocolate cake. Friday: dinner-steak, mixed veggies, Saturday: halibut, mashed potatoes, different salads, rolls (DATE night).

except for Friday (belgian waffles, bacon) I always have toast with pb for breakfast, Lunch is the previous days leftovers, snacks are almonds and apples.

exercise: around 5 miles of running, walked one mile, housework, chasing boys!

Boy I'm doing Poorly!

Food For Tuesday- 2 peaches,1/2 cup oatmeal,2/3 cup 1%milk, 1 brownie, 2Tblsp craisins, 2 tsp brown sugar, 64 0z water, 3 ribs (cagles yummy), 1/2 cup coleslaw, cornbread, 1/2 cup pinto beans, 2 slices sr dough bread, 1/4 cup ice cream
Food For Wednesday- 1/2 cup oatmeal, 2/3 cup 1%milk, 2 brownies, 2Tblsp craisins, 2 tsp brown sugar, chips, sandwich with ham, turkey, lettuce, provolone, and olives, 1/2 cup sugarless snowpeas, 64 0z water, 1 cup green grapes, cauliflower, 2 raspberries, peanut m & ms, bumpy nerdsand a smartie. Once again, my eating habits not been so great, but I must say they are IMPROVING. I am back on my old diet food: allbran, v8 and cottage cheese.

7/20/08 BREAKFAST-Allbran, v8, 2 pieces lunch meat LUNCH- bbq pork sandwich, potato salad, salad DINNER- chicken strips, mashed potatos, brocolli, chips & dip, onion rings
7/19/08 BREAKFAST- yogurt, apple sauce, LUNCH- lunch meat, cheese, cottage cheese, grapes DINNER- Rosas fajitos (OUCH)
7/18/08 BREAKFAST- yogurt, LUNCH- shrip taco, veggies, chips DINNER- ghetto dogs, veggies
7/17/08 BREAKFAST- yogurt, LUNCH- Weight watchers pizza, bbq chips DINNER- shrimp taco, beans, rice, chips and salsa

Alright everyone this is going to be a kick butt contest! Here's our new rundown of weight loss as of now. I'm still waiting on Corey, Janice and Gina...

Ann: 5 lbs lost
Allison: 4 lbs lost
Oliva: 2 lbss lost
Fred: 2 lbs lost
Toni: 2 lbs lost
Leslie: 1 lb gained (hey at least she's honest...)

Wed food: breakfast: toast, pb and apple, snack: almonds, lunch: grilled cheese sandwich and spinach salad, dinner: a LOT of spagetti-homemade but WAY too much...
Thurs: breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs, 1 toast with jelly, lunch: baked fish, mashed potatoes, salad (from the BLUEBIRD Leslie) and 10 animal cookies (BAD Toni).

Tuesday 15:
Breakfast: Marshmallow Mateys Cereal with 2% milk
Snack: 1 and 1/2 of string cheese
Lunch: nothing because i ate breakfast too late
Snack: GUM!!!!!!
Dinner: a quarter pounder...eek sounds bad... a 12 oz mountain dew
Snack: GUM haha

Toni's Food Journal

Monday July 14th:

Breakfast: roll, apple, almonds. Lunch: 2 corn bean burritos with salsa, 1 cup of spinach salad with raspberry dressing. Dinner: baked salmon, zucchini. Snack: 1 roll, cheesestick, slice of cheese. Exercise: Mowed the lawn for one hour.

Tuesday: Breakfast: breakfast burrito (2 eggs, cheese, salsa, whole grain tortilla). Snack: apple. Lunch: 3 pieces of bread. Dinner: salad, 3 small squares of homemade pizza (thanks mom ;) ) Exercise: Yoga and weights for 30 minutes.

7/11/08 BREAKFAST- Cheerios w/ 2% milk, LUNCH- Michinlinis pizza bites, pudding snack pack, DINNER- chicken fingers, potato slices w/ baked in olive oil, SNACK- lots of vanilla wafers
7/10/08 BREAKFAST- Cheerios w/ 2% milk, LUNCH- 2 pieces bbq chicken pizza, yogurt, DINNER- 5 rolled tacos, beans, rice, chips salsa, 3 thumbprint cookies, 7 layer dip
7/9/08 BREAKFAST- Cheerios w/ 2% milk, LUNCH- lasagna, DINNER taco bell 1/2 of a 7 layer burrito, 1/2 chalupa
7/8/08 BREAKFAST- Cheerios w/ 2% milk, string cheese, LUNCH- michelinis, yogurt, SNACK- grape juice, cookies (I gave blood) DINNER- 2 serv. lasagna, salad w/ vinegarette dressing

The Rules

1. The great debate will go from July 7th to October 6th, 2008.
2. Each person puts in $10. Whoever loses the most body weight percentage will receive all the money.
3. Contestments must weigh every Monday on the same scale and email your weight Toni. Weights will be kept a secret! Thank Goodness! Toni will post weekly who is in the lead.
4. The Kicker- In order to win the money at the end, each person must keep track of what they eat daily. Then, they must post a Food Journal weekly.
5. TRASH TALK IS ENCOURAGED!!!
Any other rules that we see fit, we will just add as we go. just kidding.
